Does it support 5 GHz wifi? null

Out of the box it only supports 2.4GHz. However, I was able upgrade the wifi card to a dual band card (bought it for $9.99 off amazon). The install was pretty simple and I was able to connect to my 5Ghz network in no time.

This model only supports 2.4GHz wireless networks.

NO!! I doesn't. Bought it for my granddaughter and it never occurred to me that in this day and age it wouldn't be dual band. Had to buy a usb adapter.
