Thank you for the question. Yes, you can install it by signing in to your Microsoft account online. On the old PC, head to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Right-click the MS Office and click Uninstall. Follow the automatic guide to uninstall the program. Sign in to you MS account to install MS Office 2013 on your new computer. If it already has a trial MS Office version, delete it first.
