• hi!!! this happened to me as well today, completely shut off your computer by holding down the power button. Let it sit for awhile, reboot and you’ll be able to go through the process and the white screen won’t show up.

• Try setting it up without wifi connection,try airplane mode with button on top, then set it up,and if still having problems call hp customer service
