“I have completely deleted all the partitions of the drive ,in an attempt to change the OS to Win 10 pro but it failed.How do I change the ACPI to support a new installation or how do I install the Original windows which was Windows 10 in S mode. ASAP”

If you deleted all the partitions (including the recovery partition), you'll need to speak to the HP support team to walk you through the steps you need to take to reinstall the original Windows 10 S Mode. Here's the link for HP Support: https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp . Alternatively, you can reach them by phone at 1-800-474-6836. Once that's done, you can switch it over if you wish to Windows 10 Home. There's no need to delete anything. You can make the switch by following the steps at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode
