“Is the amd Radeon graphics card comparable to a Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card? I need the same capability as the Nvidia but can't find info on which amd Radeon card is in this computer.”

The GTX 1060 runs much faster than the Radeon 610M graphics chipset on this. The Radeon 610M is an on-die graphics processor that uses system memory, whereas the GTX 1060 is a dedicated card with its own video memory.
