• yes, but they are ending support for windows 7 soon and listing windows 10 and a recommended update to automatically download and install on any windows system below windows 10

• yes but why would you want to downgrade from windows 10 which comes installed?

• Yes, the computer came with Windows 10 pre-loaded on it, but you can load Windows 7 or 8 if you prefer.
