yes. The AMD processor with integrated graphics does support gaming fairly well, but not at the same level as a laptop with a separate video card designed for gaming. if you are doing any SERIOUS gaming, look at Alienware, but you are going to drop some $$$$

for conventional games or meet at least minimum requirement for most 3D games.

The short answer is no. You probably CAN play *SOME* games, just nothing very recent or with nice graphics. For gaming in general, you need more RAM and a dedicated graphics card.
