Yes, Maybe not as smooth as an A8 or and Intel Processor but will get the job done. I would recommend getting an Intel if you are mainly going for programs that will be using a lot of processing like Photo Shop, Premiere Pro, Light Room, After Effects, etc. But this computer should run them perfectly fine.
