I have a 55inch sharp and my netflx works like a champ

Wether you connect you Laptop to your TV wirelessly (if you already have a smart TV or a TV box that supports it) since this laptop is touchscreen just slide your finger from the right edge towards the middle of the screen and select "Project" then choose "second screen only" this would make it so that your laptop ignores its own screen and whatever resolution it may be and only consider your TV's resolution and it will automatically find the best resolution for it. When your done unplug the cable or end the wireless connection and your laptop should come back to its normal screen.
