I have no problem with the speed, and that's important to me because I have a business website on-line, so I have to be able to go back and forth quickly between my web site and Facebook, e-mail, banking, etc., on a regular basis. It's no problem maneuvering from one site to another without having to wait.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can only tell you that I bought two of these and they load and run fine, for us. It may take a second or two to load some pages, but that's to be expected for a laptop at this price point. Netflix, Hulu, You Tube, etc, all play with no lag. As for games, my girls play The Sims 3 and 4 without issues and many people have responded that they play Mine Craft and Roblox on this laptop. The best thing you can do is look up the specifications of the game(s) you want to play and see if this laptop meets them. I can tell you from experience that if all specifications are met but the speed (GHz) is a little low (game needs 1.6 but your computer runs 1.4, for example), the game will run/play but you may have some lagging. Also, I got rid of the HP preloaded Virus Protection and did not install the free Virus Protection because I read that sometimes they can slow your computer down.
