“Can you delete Windows and still eventually get it back also other programs you don't need or want?”

• This computer doesn't come with any "bloatware" meaning it is very close to just a normal version of Windows 10 with no extra programs. I was very happy that I didn't have to delete a bunch of useless programs when I got it.
