• Yes, you can put Windows 7. I bought one of these laptops on 4/2/2017. I upgraded the hard drive to SSD and installed Windows 7. The computer is insanely fast! You just need the Windows 7 RTL8188EE wireless driver (current version is 2023.42.831.2016). After installing Windows 7, install the wireless driver, then use Windows Update to get the rest of the drivers. • Yes, you can install windows 7 on this device using an external memory device and a product key for any windows 7 version. Although you can, I would recommend Windows 10 because you will be up to date with all security patches and updates to keep your computer moving quick and securely.
