A:AnswerObviously your computer got a virus or the window updates were not fully installed yet. That takes time and it must be turned on to do that task. Or maybe your internet provider or router was having problems. Emailing uses very very little resources. Your problem was not caused by this laptop and BB could have pointed that out to you.
A:AnswerI was confused when i went to the store and saw two different prices on the sticker. The sales person explained the lower price laptop did not include the 365. So to answer your question.. its not free you still pay for it. Its just at a reduced price.
A:AnswerIt depends on how you buy it, some have an option to come with it, some do not. Mine personally did not, but you can do a monthly subscription for 365 for like 6.99 a month.
