Most of what you listed are used for media, such as video manipulation (Power Director), photo work (Photo Director), etc. I don't recall seeing Foxit on mine, and I've upgraded to Windows 10 so maybe I removed it. Remember that you can uninstall any software you don't want on there if you just want to clean things up.
