This laptop comes preinstalled only with Windows 8 operating system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I picked mine up last month, Windows 10 had not yet been released. It came with 8.1, and I installed Windows 10 last week. It's possible that the stores may have both preloaded OSs in inventory, Windows 8.1 and 10. However, my feeling is they mean that 8.1 is preinstalled and 10 is an available free update. If it has 10 already, great!. If it's still 8.1, take advantage of the free upgrade because it's worth it!
