• In addition to Windows 11 and a bunch of "productivity" apps (things like a photo or video viewer, a calculator, calendar, and similar things) it comes with a one-month trial of Microsoft 365, which includes Word and Excel. Once the trial period has expired, you'll need to purchase 365 to continue using them.

• I purchased this for my granddaughter, and I believe Word and Excel are included but cannot remember. She does love her laptop though.
