• Up to 8 but you can tweek to 16.

• According to one of the reviewers, they upped it to 16GB, so at least that much.

• It has 4gb installed when you get it. You can add another 4 gig stick to have 8 forsure. Someone said they put 16 gig (2 8s) after some "modifications" but there's not telling what all that in tails. I think you can probly add 1 more 8gb stick to make 12 with the current setup but that's just an assumption not exactly facts.
