How easy is it to upgrage to more ram after II buy it? null

The Geek Squad upgraded mine to 16 GB and it works, the though I did have to go to another store to find the correct DDR4 memory.

Good question. Unfortunately, the RAM cannot be upgraded on this laptop because the RAM slot is not user accessible. I hope this helps.
