- Answer Hello, Alisha. This HP laptop, 15-dy2093dx, requires a 45 watt charger. The part number for the AC adapter is 741727-001. And for the power cord: L19367-001 Be sure to get both parts, if needed.

QuestionYou say Windows 11 can be installed or that it will do it automatically but I bought this laptop and it is not allowing me to install Windows 11. It is saying that Windows 10 is up to date? Do I need to take it out of S mode to install Windows 11?

- Answer Thank you for the question. You do not need to take the laptop out of S Mode to perform the update, but updates are being rolled out by Microsoft according to the laptop model. Per Microsoft: "The upgrade rollout for Windows 11 begins in October 2021 and will continue into 2022. Specific timing will vary by device. Once the upgrade has been tested and validated for your specific PC, Windows Update will indicate that it's ready for installation. To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, go to Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.".

- Answer The only real differences I'm seeing is that the 15-dy2095wm has a fingerprint reader and Windows 10 Home, while the 15-dy2093dx has Windows 10 in "S Mode" and does not have a fingerprint reader.
