- Answer Thanks for your question! The security system will provide the accessories that are needed to work with this laptop. All Windows 10 laptops come with Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security. This will also come pre-installed with a 30 day trial version of McAfee Antivirus as well.

QuestionThe specs indicate it has a 2.5 expansion bay but specs on other sites say it does not. I would like to put 1T SSD second internal drive in if it does. Also, is the SSD a PCIe NVME I saw something about a SATA version? Thanks.

- Answer Hi Tom! Thanks for bringing this to our attention! The HP 15-dy2093dx does not have an additional drive bay. I have notified HP and Best Buy to correct this information in the specs. The supplied Solid State drive is 256GB. In addition, you can use an SD card of any amount in the multi-format card reader. You could also connect an external hard drive. An authorized service provider can remove the existing SSD and replace it with a higher capacity module.

- Answer Because it's a new computer, it comes with HP's one year limited warranty for parts and labor (so if there's a defect, that's covered) which is no charge. It doesn't cover things like drops and spills. You can get Geek Squad protection which does cover those things. Depending on if you get the 1 year, 2 year, or 3 year protection, the cost varies from $134.99 to $249.99

- Answer Thanks for your question. Most consumer laptops come with 16GB of RAM or less. While the slots may be able to hold more ram, 64GB is not recommended in many laptops. If you wanted to have 64GB of ram, I would suggest an HP Gaming or Business laptop.
