Unless you're doing extensive editing of the photos, 8 gigabytes should be fine. If you'd talking about storing the pictures, what you need to look at is the storage. In this computer, the solid state drive has a capacity of 256 gigabytes.

This isn't to be confused with long-term data (photos, files) stored on your hard drive, which stays there even when your computer is turned off. Your pictures would be stored on the 256GB SSD. Pictures can be large files, and 256GB may not be enough, especially if you store programs. You can either opt for a model with more storage, or use an external disk drive or flash drive to save files.
