• No I don't know but you can find programs like excel and word or buy Microsoft Office

• This does not come with Word/Excel. It was an option when purchasing to get the 365 which is both for 1 year for an additional fee. But we opted to pay $120 so its on the computer permanently. One time fee vs. Around $50 per year just made sense.
