“Can you download games like minecraft and can you video chat?”

• Since this has a windows OS and has an alright processor, yes you can download and play games which don't require a large amount of system resources, like minecraft. Don't expect to be able to play Skyrim, Fallout, or Arma on this though. Assuming you have an internet connection, yes you can video chat on this. using either Skype or other softwares will alow you to do this.
