“VA is getting into home “telemedicine” and I know nothing about this! My late wife bought my old desktop computer many years ago, I have to up grade it to a 15” laptop to handle telemedicine & my children. Any suggestions on what I may need In HP, Dell?”

This laptop will most likely be great for what you need to do. You can host or attend video meetings or conferences with this laptop. It will be quick with the Ryzen 5 processor and the 256GB SSD (solid-state drive). The 12GB of memory will allow you to do heavy multitasking and this laptop will run almost any software. You made a great choice and at $499 it's a very good value!
