“About the Ryzen 5 3500u CPU in the system, is it a dual-core or quad-core processor? I have this laptop and using Task Manager and CPU-Z it reads it as a dual-core CPU, but the AMD website says it's supposed to be a quad-core CPU. Hoping mine's not faulty”
