• While you could add more storage with an SD card, do note that SD memory has a much slower speed than the onboard SSD. I would only use it for file storage.

• This laptop has a built-in media card reader. It appears to be a Secure Digital (SD) card reader on the photos of the side of the laptop on Best Buy's website. So, yes, you can expand the STORAGE capacity of the laptop with an SD card, but you are not exactly expanding the memory of the laptop, as that would require RAM memory that goes in a slot on the laptop's motherboard. • This laptop has an SD card reader, so yes! But you may want to consider getting an external hard drive instead, it will allow you to get more storage.
