Love my new laptop does anything I want it to do its fast I'm very easy to work thanks Best buy especially Brian heap help me pick it out.

I searching for a laptop a couple months ago that was touch, had the new kind of hard drive so it's faster and I wanted an actual disk drive and the 10key. I found it all in this laptop and for a low low price best purchase I've had in a while. Highly recommend it.

This is the first time I ever bought a touchscreen laptop, I take it every where with me and use it all the time. I have enjoyed all the features of a touchscreen. I wouldn’t go back to regular laptops again. I’ve enjoyed using my touchscreen, I had to go and buy a stylus so I wouldn’t get my screen all messed up from my fingers.

Basically, I wanted a laptop, wanted to work some word documents, wanted to play DVD/CD retrieve old pictures to save in online storage, none of my close friends have DVD players any more. I thought the computer I buy now will be outdated in 5 years and my needs will change what I want to do with computer as well, so I did not want to spend too much money this time, but still decent one to help what I want to do now. It is quick boot up. Can call/chat online with HP customer service when I have trouble. Good customer services they are. I am not sure what the performance will be if you play games with high quality graphics. Only one thing I did not like is outlet type. It has 3 metal part, 2 flat metals and 1 cylinder shape metal, which you can use it anywhere in the US. When I travel to Japan, I could not find those outlet I can charge my computer:( I think they should just make one with 2 flat metal parts outlet, not the one with 3 metal parts outlet. Other than that, I am happy what I got for this price.

It isn’t the greatest, the screen resolution is horrible, and the hard drive was small. With that said, I have a Big TV as a second monitor, which allows me to make amazing work with adobe, and I have a 1 TB cloud space to store my data. So if you have tools to work with this computer, it’s a barging at $450.

A great computer for the price! I mostly use it to surf the internet. Love the HD Touch-Screen feature! Really helpful when reading articles or needing to scroll down pages quickly. Clear and vivid picture quality. Easy to type keyboard. All and all very happy with it!

This laptop is perfect in size and quality, I can so everything right in front of me without having to move even brought a new hp printer to complement my laptop

No buyers remorse in this one. I’m a nursing student and use it all the time and it’s an excellent laptop. I don’t use the touch screen but on rare occasions though because it’s harder to clean than the keyboard and mouse pad.

I was a little skeptical when I saw this laptop for the price - it seemed a little too good to be true. But I was in need of a new laptop, and worse comes to worse, I could always return this one if it didn't work out But it worked out. So. Well. This laptop is a great deal, and does everything I need it to. I'm a former student, getting ready to go back to school and this laptop feels like it would handle the strain of school life just fine. The speakers are fantastic, the keyboard feels very well spaced out and responsive, the display is amazing. The only real complaint I have his how loud the fan can be, but that's not even that big of a problem! I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who needs a strong performer on a budget.

Im SO happy with this laptop. Its designed so well. The keyboard isnt cluttered. Instead of the keyboard being right up at the edge of the system, it gives room to rest your arms/hands on it to access easier keyborad functions. Im impressed. It beat out the HP 360, The Lenovo, The Alienware, The Samsung and anything by Apple by a long shot. Beautiful and sleek, with all the functions of Windows.....The Art Sketching capabilities are wonderful. Graphics are awesome for streaming Live content. Its better than my old laptop that cost twice as much. This is the BEST for the money. It stands up to the expensive ones NO Problem. AND its a convertible!!!

Best Buy had this one on sale, then the next weekend it was on further sale...What a Deal! The laptop has everything I could want from DVD player, to SSD and touchscreen for about $450. new. Dell's were more with less, and finding a refurbished one ain't my thing for laptops, beside which they were only 20 bucks less.

This HP laptop is packed with a lot of features for a great price! The 15.6” touch screen is excellent, and the 128 SSD is fast!

The keyboard is easy to operate and the screen size is perfect. It's light weight and has great resolution. I am very pleased with it's performance.

Needed a laptop that was a good price, light and had a good size screen. Have no complaints about the HP laptop. Runs well, good speed. Happy

Really enjoying this laptop. So much faster than my old one. Lightweight and keyboard seems easier to use than previous laptops.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I had talked to a friend who is knowledgeable and he gave e a few pointers as far as processors and memory and all that technical stuff. I had finally settled on which laptop would suit my needs. I talked to the salesman and he informed me that they were out of stock on what I originally wanted, but pointed me in the direction of this laptop, which also happened to be about $100 less than the one I wanted. He explained the features and actually showed me a side by side comparison of how this particular laptop was about 10x faster than the one I originally wanted. It definitely gets the job done. I use it mostly for photo and video editing and it has enough power and speed to handle all my tasks.

This laptop is very fast and lightweight. I chose for the AMD Ryzen 5 processor and the SSD instead of regular hard drive. I like the fact that it has the numeric keyboard on the side and the DVD drive. Also, after you buy, check the price during the return period. I was able to get a price adjustment when it went down in price. Overall, very satisfied. Purchased with the Webroot antivirus and am very satisfied. I don't really use the touchscreen feature, but it's nice to have.

I purchased this laptop on sale and for the price, this machine is loaded with features found in more expensive computers. Solid state drive, windows 10, really good GPU and touch screen just to point out a few. This laptop is solid work hourse, buy with confidence.
