• I haven't found this to be true at all. I love this laptop (which I am using to answer this question). Maybe it was their router or internet provider.

• The wireless card is B/G/N, not AC, so perhaps someone was expecting dual band WiFi and this computer does not have it. However, it's a good card if you use the standard 2.4 GHz WiFi.
