Q: does this model have a dvd player???
A: This model has an optical drive for reading/writing DVDs and CDs, yes!
Q: Can I add another 8GB RAM into this laptop?
A: Yes you can. I added 8GB to mine for a total of 16GB. Try to get the exact same type of memory that is already installed. To find that, go to the BIOS when booting the computer.

A: Our maintenance/service guide and user guide detail that this laptop has two slots for memory; DDR4-2400 dual channel support (Ryzen, Athlon processors). At this time a defined datasheet is inaccessible, but in reviewing our parts-website, we can confirm that this model only has one 8G memory stick installed.
Q: What is the most amount of Ram you can install? Also can the user access the Bios?
A: This computer supports up to 16GB, the bios is accessible.
A: Are you sure you have an operating system installed on the NVME drive? What I had to do was create a bootable installation flash drive and adjust the bios to boot off the flashdrive first and then install my operating system on to my new NVME 1tb drive that way. You could do the same with a bootable DVD as well.
Q: Please help clarify on m.2 ssd slot. Does it support Pci-e (and NVMe) ? OR is it SATA only?
A: It does support NVME. I recently upgraded mine with a HP EX920 M.2 1TB PCIe 3.1 X4 Nvme 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) and it works great. The drive that comes with it is PCIe SATA
Q: In one of the comments they said the wireless card is horrible. Is that really true?
A: I haven't found this to be true at all. I love this laptop (which I am using to answer this question). Maybe it was their router or internet provider.
