I'm very picky when picking out electronics to buy and went nearly a month before settling on this even after returning 2 previous laptops. To get more to the point I will just list Pros and Cons Pros: Top of the line CPU along with a good Video processor which work great together to do above average gaming for the price. Touch Screen. Extremely fast SSD. The price considering everything I listed above can't be beat. Cons: Biggest was the lack of a SATA drive connection. Small size of the M.2 SSD was also disappointing 8gb memory considering the Video uses 2gb automatically Summary: This PC is borderline a gaming PC with a top CPU and a touch screen. For the price it was an amazing deal. 8gb memory is just ok considering the Video uses a good amount but can be expanded to 16. Having to buy add more memory and mainly a larger M.2 ssd because it doesn't allow for an internal SATA is the main reason I only gave 4 stars. Would give 4.5 if I could. Great Buy overall!

First off I have to say this laptop is pretty fast. I'm impressed with the boot up that takes less than 30 seconds to open and launch programs. However there are some major downsides to it, and most deal with the convenience features of a laptop. 1) It is almost impossible to get it to connect to a wireless network, or even search for ones. And when I do FINALLY get it connected after resetting network settings and drivers, it loses connection the next time and have to start all over. 2) well when you don't have wifi, you can use ethernet... you would think. The cable and/or laptop can't even be moved a microscopic amount or it will loosen the connection and there goes the internet again. 3) same issue with the power cable. It slides out so easy! I constantly have to push it back in every time I adjust. And that's even when I'm sitting right next to an outlet. 4) the laptop touch pad seems to have some issues with basic gestures. Which makes scrolling constantly zoom, selecting take several taps, and copying a pain.

bought this laptop to replace my old HP Probook laptop. It is everything that my old one was except better because the technology has improved and this one runs Windows 10. It has all of the usual things that one needs for today's world like HDMI port, SD card reader etc. but it also has the cd/dvd drive so that I can play DVD movies and load music manually from my CDs to my computer. Most of the newer laptops don't have this anymore. This laptop is fast and has plenty of memory for everything that I do. It is completely quiet and makes no noise when it is running. It boots up within about 5 seconds when turned on. My husband loves it too and told me he wants one also so I will be buying another one very soon. I would definitely recommend this laptop. It is worth every penny I paid for it!

I purchased this laptop over a year ago for my ROUGH son and it is still going strong. My son is by NO MEANS gentle with anything so if I tell you this laptop has stood the test believe me it has stood the test! It is fast enough for school, its big and easy on the eyes, and overall it is surprisingly light. I highly recommend

This laptop is very fast it takes less than 15seconds to boot, I used is it for basic home computing. The only reason am giving it 4 stars is because is made of cheap plastic

It was the best buy at Best Buy. Great price and more laptop for the money than other deals. Great processor and graphics. Only negative I can find is the is no indicator if num lock is on or off...very annoying.

AMD always tries harder. The Ryzen processor bests anything Intel has come up with, especially when mated with Radeon graphics. With 8GB of RAM and a 128GB solid state drive it's plenty fast, and the touchscreen is a bonus.

We were waiting to upgrade our old (basic) laptop for quite a while. We decided to buy this one since it was within our price range and needs. Not disappointed at all! We use it almost daily as it’s fast and reliable.

This computer is fast, slim, lightweight and has the optical drive I needed. The touch screen is amazing. So much less garbage loaded onto it than my Dell.

Easy to set up. I also like the touch screen. Speed has not been an issue so far.

For the price this laptop is a good decent one at first I had to get used to new windows 10 since it's so different than windows 7 but I really like it i'm able to do all I used to do on my old laptop plus all new additions I recommend it plus the battery life is awesome after using it for 4 hours unplugged the battery still had 68%, i 've only had it for about a month and haven't used alot of the features yet but so far so good.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago for school this fall. I'm using it for coding and it runs the programs I create pretty fast and smooth with little to no lag. Battery life is pretty decent as well, for running apps that use a lot of the battery it lasts a good while for me

I wanted a faster laptop than my faithful 11 year old Lenovo, and this HP model does not disappoint. I'm having a fairly easy transition to Windows 10 and the most current MS Office apps. The "Dummies" books will still be helpful, but I appreciate the intuitiveness of this laptop. Transferring items from my older laptop to this has been fairly easy and again, yes, intuitive.

I bought this as a second computer to look at my photos while traveling. It is larger/heavier than my mini, but, the screen is great! I'm glad it didn't come loaded with a lot of useless programs. I like that it has a dvd slot and a card slot.
