• A:Answer Hi Marion, thank you for the question. S Mode is a more secure version of Windows 10 that allows downloads only from the Microsoft Store, and only using the Edge browser. If you want to use a browser other than Microsoft Edge, you'll need to convert (free, simply, non-reversible) to Windows 10 Home. Q: QuestionIn the description it says that there is a fan inside of the computer that overall cools the inside of it but I was wondering if there is anything ontop of the processor that cools it as well.

Q: QuestionCan I add 8 gb of additional memory after purchase? I've read conflicting answers. If yes, How much do you think estimated cast would be?

• A:Answer Hi Jeff! Thank you for asking. The memory in the laptop is listed as not "user upgradeable" because it requires significant disassembly and removal of the battery. An authorized service provider, however, can upgrade your memory. I would suggest that you consult with the Geek Squad about this.
