• Check to see if you are in airplane mode. There will be an outline of a plane where the wifi icon should be. You can go to settings to disable airplane mode and enable wifi. I think you may also be able to click on the plane and disable the setting in the pop-up that appears. If that's not it, do a "Windows 10 no wifi" web search for helpful articles and videos.

• I had the same problem. Apparently it is an issue with Windows 10. I had a friend who knows IT to fix it. It was easy but I have no idea how to tell you to fix it. Maybe Geek Squad can help or You Tube. Sorry, I couldn't help. Just wanted you to know it was not the computer.
