A:AnswerThe graphics are good, but the computer freezes so badly, it is not worth the frustration. I don't think the processor is capable of handling operation of multiple programs concurrently either. I read other reviews that said if you do the update, the computer runs fine, but that has not been my experience. Spend a little more money on a computer with a better processor and save yourself the frustration!!
A:AnswerThere is an open slot but I haven't tried opening the case. However, I find that mine runs well -- including syncing a lot of files in the background -- with just the RAM that came on it. I have not used it for gaming or anything like that, just MS Office, Skype, some internet apps and such.
A:AnswerI discovered the same thing when I went to connect to my Internet wi-fi. Come to find out many of the "new" computers being sold at lower prices are still 2.9 gHz or less, so the 5gHz Internet is not available, unfortunately.
