“I just bought the laptop, and while finishing setting it up the fan was loud and went quiet, and went loud again after 15 minutes, the loudness was for 3-4 minutes. Is there a problem with a fan or it it just one time only thing, because its new?”

this is normal, but update the bios, may help the fan curve.
