Q: QuestionCan you play Elder Scrolls Online on medium or high settings?

• A:Answer Absolutely not. This will barely run Skyrim on low settings. Intel integrated graphics are not near enough to handle console style games like ESO. It'll probably take over $1000 to find to do what you want.

• A:Answer It will run steam easily. The games on it, not so much. Without a discrete graphics card the most gaming you'll be able to do is Minecraft, and this computer will even struggle with that.
