Personally, I would go for something a bit beefier if possible. You could get away with using this laptop, but the experience won't be great. I would suggest 16gigs of RAM, a dedicated graphics card would be a huge benefit, and I'm not sure the touchscreen would do you much good, better to up the screen spec to 1080p. I would look at low-end gaming laptops where you can easily upgrade the RAM.
