• Hi Kerry, thank you for the question. Windows 11 S Mode is a more secure version of Windows 11 - only the Edge Browser is used, and downloading of applications is only done through the Microsoft Store. If you prefer Windows 11 Home, you can convert the laptop (free, easy, not reversible) for more flexibility including the use of your preferred browser.
