- Answer Eric, thank you for your question about this HP laptop! This laptop has on-chip graphics and has no place to add a dedicated laptop graphics card. The Victus and Omen gaming laptops all have dedicated graphics cards built into them, but they are not upgradable. HP carries both of those laptop lines in Best Buy.

QuestionCan anyone show me what the power cable looks like for this laptop? My mom purchased this computer and has since lost her power cable. We have tons of different ones but none seem to fit and I don’t know what it looks like to see which it may be.

QuestionI bought this laptop for my husband over a month ago then a couple weeks ago it pops up a blue screen and says “Bitlocker recovery”. We can’t get on the computer or do anything with it. He’s only used it maybe 3 times for YouTube videos. Help!
