Thank you for the question. This is a great model for your described tasks, however, you'll want more storage. A good solution would be to purchase an external drive for use with your photos, or select a model with more internal storage. Don't forget that there is also the option to store files in the cloud. Excel is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity software. Microsoft includes a 1-month trial with this model, and when setting up this unit, you'll be presented with offers to purchase a permanent version.
