If it's brand new then you haven't had too many windows open yet to cause a Cache problem. You can reset the browser and clear the cookies and change the settings. You can download another browser to use while you uninstall the one you're using and reinstall it. Enjoy your new laptop - it's a terrific model! Thank you for being an HP customer!
