If you have standard windows 11, the answer is yes. If you have windows 11s then you must go to the windows store and follow a special procedure to change to standard windows 11 which will let you run programs other than ones downloaded from the microsoft windows store. Search the internet for the procedure to change windows 11S to the unlimited windows 11 which will allow you to install and run all your programs. Hope this helps those deceived by the failure of microsoft to warn buyers about the different versions of windows 11 and that you will have to download an update from windows store to install all your software unless it was downloaded from the microsoft store.

That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do.
