“I work from home and I am conected to my office's server...I need to be able to download Vonage internet phones and connect to my company's server. Can this laptop allow me to do this? Vonage has a "Business App" that I would need to put on this laptop.”

• Hello, Lilly. Thanks for your question. This HP laptop comes with Windows 11 in S Mode.That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do. Here are some instructions: https://bit.ly/3okv4Mj Then, you can download software or apps.
