The description says it does (FOUR TIMES, in fact), which it describes as "HP True Vision HD Camera" and "Clear, smooth video chats so you can stay in touch with the whole family," but when you get to the Specs, you will see it has the usual 720p resolution. Since this is pretty much an industry-wide standard, even in higher priced models, if this is insufficient for you, you should consider buying a separate camera.
