I haven't figure how to use the camera null

Try installing Skype from the Microsoft Store. It may already be installed on the PC. There options in Skype Settings for checking the operation of the camera. Also for Windows 11, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Camera. Hope this helps.
