A:AnswerThere are no drivers released for it. HP only give you the option to "order restore CD."
When I upgraded the hard drive to a SSD, I used Double Driver to backup the drivers.
But, Windows 10 was able to just download them with "Update Driver" via Internet search from Device Manager.
I'm assuming Windows 7 shouldn't be too much different, most are standard Intel, Microsoft, and Realtek drivers.

A:AnswerNot sure if we are being told mis-information but I just called and spoke to a geek squad guy and he pulled this up and said you most definitely can upgrade the memory on this computer. He said there are only a few models that can not and this is not one of them. I was told you can easily upgrade.
