Well Samantha7, that depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what you consider good. As far as school goes it will do what you need quite well. Gaming - depending on how hard the video adapter has to work to render the level of graphics in your games, as a general concept, it will do OK as long as the graphics details are not too complex or calculation intensive. The best thing you can do is check with HP technical support and talk to them about what you want to do with it, they can tell you what the range of capabilities are for this computer. Picture editing depends on the graphic resolution, and the memory and processor horsepower the editing program requires. For general photo editing work it is OK but it isn't a high resolution display, but there again you should ask these questions of HP tech support.
