• This model features two slots for memory, and can support up to 16G (DDR4 PC4-19200). You will want to consult an experienced computer technician to assist you with upgrades, as it is not as simple of a process for laptops as it can be for desktops.

• The programs are there but in trial version. You have to activate the programs and pay. Also yes you can add more ram max is 16 g f ram and to get to it you will have t take the entire back off .
