- Answer This laptop comes in Windows 10 S Mode, which means you can only download apps from the Microsoft store or use the Microsoft Edge browser. If you need Microsoft Office, then you will need to purchase it. You can switch it out of S Mode at no additional charge. - Answer Yes, but it is occupied by the 256 GB M.2 drive that has the operating system on it. No place to install another drive - you would need to swap out the existing M.2 with a larger capacity, then reinstall the operating system. On the attached photo, the M.2 drive is in the lower left. The other image is a close up of the M.2 that is factory installed.

- Answer Yes, it does have a web camera but of poor quality. Definitely, not HD camera. Just basic or standard one and actually quite crappy. I am returning this laptop to get a better web camera.
