Does the laptop lay flat when open? null

To be clear, I'm asking about whether the hinge will allow the thing to lay 180-degrees flat. I'm not talking about swiveling or anything like that. Just, like, my MSI laptop lays flat, and I now I know how valuable that can be -- so I want to find out before I consider buying this for a family member.
