• The entire bottom of the laptop would need to be removed. Once removed, there are two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots. From there, you are on your own with mix and match.

• Units like this one are considered non-upgradeable. If you are curious about any upgrade options, you would want to contact HP Support or Geek Squad. If you want any upgrades done, it is recommended you have a certified technician do them. Geek Squad can do upgrades without voiding the HP warranty, but HP will not cover any of the new parts.
